Machine Lubricants
Suctioning chips, oil, and emulsions; separating solids from liquids; filtering sludge deposits; and reusing the sucked fluid by directly reintroducing it into the machine tools – these needs have driven the design of the OIL series vacuum cleaner models, specifically tailored for the mechanical industry.
With the utilization of cutting-edge technologies, coupled with sturdy and dependable construction, along with extensive expertise in the field, the OIL models offer an optimal solution for emptying and cleaning machine tool tanks. This not only saves valuable time but also reduces expenses associated with costly liquids.
The utilization of industrial vacuum cleaners from the OIL series enables an 80% reduction in the time required for regular cleaning and restoration of numerical control working centers.
The OIL series industrial vacuum cleaners are specifically designed for extracting oils mixed with shavings and metal particles, as well as filtering emulsified oil. They are engineered to efficiently suck, separate, and recover solid components, while enabling the clean oil to be discharged through an ejection system. When the liquid inside the container reaches its maximum level, the suction automatically stops, and the container can be emptied using the expulsion system. The collected chips remain within a filter basket, while the liquid portion can be simultaneously expelled.
The product range includes models with single-phase motors, as well as more capacious versions with three-phase motors.
