There is a process to fi ne polish the two welded surface at the lateral side of the aluminum frame which is going to hold the battery cells.
The robot takes the frame to the polishing position where are the 4 grinding wheels on one side and another 4 on the other side. The ATEX vacuum AD56X1 with 2 interception valves can suck the dust from 4 hoods of grind wheels at the one time.
